Please read these terms carefully before using our services. They govern your access to WHS Advisory and outline the responsibilities of both parties.
WHS Advisory provides workplace health and safety consultancy, including risk assessments, safety audits, ergonomics training, and assistance with safety statements. Our recommendations are based on current Health and Safety Authority (HSA) guidelines and are intended for small and medium businesses in Ireland. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as the elimination of all workplace hazards or exemption from regulatory inspections.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your workplace, operations, and any existing safety measures. It is your responsibility to implement the control measures and recommendations we provide. Failure to do so may result in non-compliance with HSA standards, for which WHS Advisory cannot be held liable.
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, WHS Advisory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our consultancy is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
All materials provided by WHS Advisory, including safety statement templates, risk assessment forms, and training content, remain our intellectual property. You may use these materials solely for your internal business purposes. Redistribution, resale, or modification without our written consent is prohibited.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 14 days' written notice. In the event of a material breach by either party, the non-breaching party may terminate immediately. Upon termination, you must cease using any proprietary materials and return or destroy copies as requested.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified via email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the last update is noted at the bottom of this page.
